Windchase Flats & Townhomes

The Manager seemed to be an amazing person. He was very kind and appeared to be a concerned Manager. He was new to the Complex. The apartment I looked at, which I dont think had been cleaned for new tenant yet, was not bad fir the money. However, upon entry to the building, and the apartment, the smell of smoke was too overwhelming. I could not live there if it was free. Very unfortunate as that ruins the whole place for anyone who doesnt smoke. Its in the carpet, sheetrock, carpet.....

Apartment advertised at 1 price while cost is another. Charge is nearly $500 to apply, it has been over a month and refund has yet to be received after denial of tenancy. The manager claims not to have knowledge of the new electronic system while they hold onto the monies.
