Overall Fleming Court is a very good place to live. However it is showing it's age. Example, all air conditioners should be replaced and placed under a contracted service schedule. More efficient, less noise, fewer breakdowns. Garage doors should be put on a maintenance contract, serviced and door seals installed resulting in cleaner garages with less access to pests, quieter openings doors. The pavement needs replaced, not patched. Passage way doors into garages need better stronger locks. The main drive is growing large pot holes. This main drive is shared with other businesses and has ALOT of traffic. Apt storm doors, patio doors, windows need replaced with much better insulation. Security cameras should be installed at back gate, pool, office and main entrance. Too late now, but why weren't storm shelters built with each unit. And why was the pool heater removed?
Staff is helpful. Apartments are nice. Garage for every unit, which is really nice for the winter.
