Briarwood Condominiums

I have lived at Briarwood for over 10yrs and I personnally love it,I am an older person and come in at night from work,never have I felt unsafe and my landlord is fabulous

These folks are BAD FOR BUSINESS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I set up an appointment to view these so called condominiums, which really just look like run down three story apartments just located in a good neighborhood. Anyway, I set up and appointment on a Monday for a Tuesday showing at 1:00P. Tuesday at 1:15P rolls around and the person that was supposed to meet me is a no show. I left a voicemail and this man has still not called back and I am writing this review at 7:00P on 10/13/20. Secondly, I feel as though I was profiled. This man didnt ONLY ask me the basics (what am I looking for in an apartment and when Im looking to move), but also asked me was the new job offer that I received (as I am relocating to Topeka), a tentative job offer or was I actually hired. As I am dumb enough to RELOCATE to a new city without knowing whether or not I have a job! In addition, he asked about how much I will be making monthly (something that would be found out IF I even decided to move here and put in an application), he asked how my credit was, did I have a history renting somewhere and what my current living situation is. There were more things that was said and asked that wasnt relevant. He also stated that you have to have 3 times the rent. Which is honestly ridiculous for these run down apartments, I mean condominiums. For all of the questions I was asked, I not only expected this man to show up but for these condos to be top tier. Do not waste peoples time if you dont plan to do business and be professional.

Great atmosphere, neighbors and units! Be aware it is the city so lock stuff up. Amenities are good, shared laundry space and well done spacious apartments with great Internet speed options (10MBs--1000MBs plans) and reception via COX Communications. Maintenance and property staff is friendly and on top of their repairs and maintenance as needed!
