Nice neighborhood, friendly people
Not sure what has changed but the grounds is not well kept. Trash in streets. A sofa was thrown out by someone moving and there for two weeks and I went into the office to ask why it was still out there. Office lady not service friendly.
The price is absolutely rediculous. The monthly rent rate could pay a three story home mortgage payment. Location drops the value of what you get dramatically. Police have to continually patrol the surrounding area if that helps. The one good thing I could say though is the office manager is nice and does work with you if you need the help.
I like the comfort of using the website but I don't like being charged an additional $5 to pay the rent.
Expensive rent, but we only have to pay for cable and electric utilities which helps. Office has become more flexible, which is great. They can't seem to keep the same handyman on staff. The current gentleman is very nice, but slow and not diligent. He replaced our missing vertical blind panels and they don't match. Some are white, some are ivory, some are light blocking, some are not. May be picky, but it reflects the look of our home and the complex. We moved in 4 years ago and really had hoped they would have replaced the carpet and switched the old mini blinks to the plantation shutters that the rest of the new units are getting.
