This community is amazing! The staff is so sweet and the amenities are my favorite!
The space is awesome, amenities are excellent (especially the pool) and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed living at the Royale and if I transfer back to KC I will certainly be moving back! The staff was very accommodating and helpful going above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and my needs were being met. The gym is one of the cleanest that I have been to around and not overly crowded. Typically I am not one to write a review but after seeing the couple others on here I felt it would be a disservice to the community that I was involved with. It is a joyous thing when you live somewhere in which the other residents and the owners / workers take pride and ownership in keeping the complex up to date and tidy.
The apartments look nice when you first walk through them however, after living in them for a few weeks you can tell that the quality is pretty poor as if the construction was rushed. The management is defensive and condescending when any complaint is brought to their attention.
If I could leave today I would. This is sold as a high-end luxury apartment, but it is certainly far from it. The default setting for this place is extremely loud music at all hours of the day and night. If you are a working professional is place is not for you. I have lived in luxury condos in London, New York and Toronto that were sanctuaries, thought this would be similar. If you complain about the noise, you will be met will defensive and unproductive comments from the staff, I was told "I chose to live here." On other occasions, I am told that owner wants to have the loud music. My two week old brand new car end up with concrete glue all over it from the moldy and leaky garage. Falling debris from the leak also cracked my windshield, I was told that it was "scientifically impossible for debris to fall from the leak and damage my windshield." The pool area is slippery, some felt and end up with a concussion and we had call EMS. But nothing has been done to change that. I have only lived here for 2 months but I am sleep deprived and not sure I will survive.
