There are so many good things to say about this complex, but to sum them all up into one word, it would be AMAZING! The staff, residents, amenities, location; it's all perfect. Couldn't be happier with the choice we made to lease here. That's why I rated it the way I did. Thank you!
Room sizes in the apartments are excellent. Maintenance staff has been very satisfactory and, over-all we have had a good experience living here for 7 years.
When I moved in, it was great. I am currently a resident and when you need something and call the office, no one answers. There is no manager or assistant manager and very few maintenance staff so job orders are a couple weeks out. The pool is to open Memorial Day weekend but the north side did not pass inspection so it wont be opening. The south side is a disaster zone and water hadnt even been drained. I have an electrical problem in my place and even made an appt to be there when maintenance got there and they didnt show up and no one called. The lawn care wont blow grass out of the breeze ways so if you live on a bottom floor, expect to have a lot of grass in your home and to be outside sweeping constantly. The office is terrible at communication and residents know very little about anything going on. Property has not been well taken care of. If your looking for short term, move in. If you intend to stay a couple years, go elsewhere.
Maintenance staff is great. Office staff is horrible. Rude. Unprofessional. They look for ways NOT to work with you. But since we were only here for less than a year while our house is being built, I thought I could handle it. Last straw was the raccoons. Above our apartment. Scratching at night. Like a horror movie. It's awful. But if they don't break in within the next 2 months, I am out of here. Just gotta survive the raccoons.
It's a great place to live in there as I stayed there for 5 years and it's really a nice apartment which is center place for everything like schools, shops and so on. Since I moved to my own independent home and hence I had to move out else I would have stayed there for ever!
