Do you enjoy the idea of the following?
Being greeted on move-in day with cabinets inside your rental apartment being dirty and filled with wrappers from previous tenants
Being greeted on your first afternoon unpacking boxes seeing roaches come out in broad daylight from the side of the bathtub edge and cabinets?
Moving into what clearly was an apartment they had not viewed/toured/cleaned before the day they hand you the keys? (Were talking cabinets and stovetop dirty, crown moldings with lots of cobwebs hanging, etc.) I wish there was a way to attach photos on this site because Ive got evidence of the dirty condition and roaches which I would have no problem sharing. Keep in mind this complexs policy is not to show the exact apartment you are getting until the day in which you get the keys. So, if you plan on moving the same day and youre greeted by what I was (clearly not cleaned apartment) you would be out of luck if youve already rented a UHaul and have friends dedicated to help move you that day.
Needing to pay an additional $25 per month for a Valet Trash Service where they are in theory supposed to pick up trash at your apartment door 5 nights of the week and take it to the trash compactor. In practice, they will miss you and other residents trash regularlyallowing it to become a health/safety issue with trash piling up near the edge of all buildings. If there is a slight breeze or a non-recognized holiday plan on them not picking it up either. By the way, dont take this review for it. Drive around the complex. Walk around. Youll see the same trash bag in front of peoples doors for days.
Do you enjoy your rent checks mysteriously getting lost in the leasing office and as a result needing to pay the apartment complex a late fee? Then Stonepost Crossing is the right place for you!
Also great if you enjoy change of billers for utilities, the change in ownership of the complex (Ive heard this is the second change in less than two years now).

Since Price Brothers has taken over i have seen vast improvement in service. Maintenence staff has been great so far, i also find that the office staff is very helpful, and customer service is high quality.

The apartments themselves are fine, but property management and maintenance are terrible. My apartment is located directly across from the trash compactor, and every single weekend since I moved in, the trash compactor has overflowed and there have been boxes and bags of trash piled outside. When this happens, I can see piles of trash from every single room in my apartment. Not only is this unsightly, it's unsanitary and attracts insects and pests. The area around the trash compactor is littered with small pieces of paper, plastic and broken glass even after these trash piles have been cleaned up. While I have lived here for less than a year, I have spoken to other residents who have said that this has been a problem for at least three years. At this point, I have sent upwards of 50 emails and spoken to three property managers with two different property management companies, and this still happens every single weekend. This is especially frustrating since the solution - have maintenance check the trash compactor much more frequently - is so simple but is apparently very hard for the management to grasp. Property management seems to be completely unable to handle this very basic maintenance task, and they certainly have not listened to any of my numerous complaints. I cannot put into words how frustrating it has been to watch this exact same scene unfold week after week and have my requests be ignored. Save your money and your time, and live somewhere management actually cares about their residents.

We understand your frustration with the situation and have taken steps to improve this issue for you and all of the residents at Stonepost Crossing. Since we acquired the community in December, we have increased our maintenance team, and we also have maintenance tend to the trash compactor two times each day on the weekend. Although the situation has improved, we are continually assessing to make necessary adjustments to further improve. We would be happy to meet with you in person to discuss. Really new property. Has a grill area and firepit by the resort style pool with sun deck.
Kitchens are bigger and have a really cool shape so its easier to cook and get around.
Beautiful high ceilings and the off leash dog park is the best!
There are attached garages that have been super helpful this winter and events all the time here that make it so much fun!
