Is peaceful as quiet is home it is a apartment that you can actually call home pet friendly don't feel like driving downtown is right there get you something to eat or watch or do a little different events that they have going on and when it's all over with and you can come back to your peaceful home or just sit on your patio and watch everything from the balcony I have recommend overland Park to people on my job and I would never move thank you overland Park for my home

THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS COVERED IN ROACHES. DO NOT LET PICS OF THE SHINY NEW OFFICE FOOL YOU. My daughter just moved in on Friday after moving back home from out of state. She can't sleep, because the first night a roly poly went into her nose and came out when she woke up. We realized the apartment had not been cleaned, poop looking smears on the bathroom wall and a pubic hair on the bedroom window sill. Now, there are roaches everywhere and she's up all night killing them. She can't breathe and there's an odd smell. There is trash everywhere during the day and the grounds are covered in roaches at night. $1200 a month for absolutely a trash apartment and property. Pics available.

I know someone who lives here. TERRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM!! Plumbing also backed up. Management does nothing to address the problem.

Terrible communication between manegement and residents. Almost no effort to address any problems that are reported to the manager/front desk. No notices of any kind to inform one of upcoming events and or issues. Terrible place. Roaches, bugs, a sick sick sick place to stay. Totally not worth the money. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!
