I emailed a simple question "Do any of the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments have a washer/dryer?" I got 3 emails back from a leasing rep and 2 from a manager and they kept trying to make an appointment with me and did not answer the question. I sent another email stating "You did not answer my question. Do any of the 2 or3 bedroom apartments have a washer and dryer". I finally got reply that no apartment has a washer and dryer. I am not wasting their time and mine by going to see apartments that dont have an amenity that I must have.

Meadowlark Hill is an apartment my husband have had an eye on for several years. I really like what I see except something that is a deal breaker for us. The only apartments with a washer dryer hook up are the townhouses and we cannot have stairs for reaching our daily needs for sleeping and for washing clothes. Disappointed.

I strongly urge anyone reading this review to save yourself time and hassle and keep looking. This place IS NOT worth it. The management here is unprofessional, discourteous, negligent and frankly, borderline duplicitous. They do not respond promptly to issues presented to them. And when they do, they use bullying tactics to keep from facing the consequences of their ongoing ineptitude. And on top of that, the apartments themselves are not well maintained, the air conditioning is basically non-existent, the indoor pool was perpetually out of order and the washer/dryer basement is filthy. I echo previous renters when I say DO NOT LIVE HERE. Sign a lease at your own peril.
