The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They communicate effectivly and always have planned activies for the neighborhood.
If I need something done around the grounds or in my apartment, someone is sent to take care of it very soon. I especially like the security that the electronic gates provide; I feel safe here. The office facility is beautifully decorated and spacious. Monthly activities are planned in the hopes of satisfying the range of ages renting at Bradford Point. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a perfect place for me to live.
The office staff is always ready to help with any questions or needs I might have. The maintenance crew are always professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about needed repairs.The landscaping and grounds are well maintained as is the streets and sidewalks. I liked the renovation of the pool to change it to a salt-water pool. The clubhouse is available for groups such as book clubs, bridge, game day, and other get together. There's extra activities for the residents monthly.
Like the gated community
Maintenance does not do a good job of taking care of the property when tenants are living there. Call the emergency line to report an emergency and no one even calls back until 2 hours later. Then they tell you they don't believe what you report and make you wait another hour and a half for them to come and see the mess for themselves. Very, very, very poor maintenance and while the people at the front desk may be friendly, don't count on that coming from anyone else and quick turnover in staff.
