Villas at Ridgeview Falls

This by far is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am so sad to say what a terrible experience all around. Management and manger are very rude and unprofessional. The hallways smell absolutely terrible from urine. I have seen trails of urine through the halls and carpets. With no one cleaning it up and left to dry and smell. The walls are extremely thin you can hear your neighbor as they are just casually talking. The appliances are cheap and not bolted down properly. There is no ice/water dispenser on the fridge which find extremely cheap. There is no nest thermostat which was shocking considering all new luxury apartments typically have it. There is just so many things wrong with this place and not a single good thing. There are so many other apartments that are way more luxury for the same amount of money. The workout room is terrible! Its almost sad to go workout in there. Also the pool is as smaller than your actual apartment size. Do not let the pictures fool you! Go to better apartment! I promise this place is gross and full and just trash.

Have been here 5-6 months. Location is great, and the facility has a lot of potential. Staff doesnt respond to messages, and can be pretty rude with the exception of the maintenance workers and maybe 1 of the employees in the front office. Issues with trash/dumpster always overflowing, people not picking up after their dogs and zero enforcement of any kind of fines. Wouldnt recommend at this time with some of the other options in the area, but hopefully things improve.

Terrible place, takes your money then says they have to wait for it to clear the bank. It clears same day thru ach. They told me I was approved. Had to put a bigger deposit but then came back with another condition . Not good people it has been almost a month and they still will not give my deposit back. Huge rip off.

I've lived in a house for a long time. I dreaded moving into an apartment, but it was time to downsize and rid myself of all the time-consuming responsibilities of homeownership. I shopped around for a long time, dreading it more and more with every tour. And then I found Villas at Ridgeview Falls. I love my apartment. Ive been here for three months now. It doesn't feel like an apartment at all. It's spacious, upscale, and in a great location. I have a garage, and I even have a saltwater pool that is open all year as well as many other amenities! As if that's not enough, you would be hard-pressed to find great staff as we are fortunate to have here. Erin, Sara, and Ethan are all top-notch, kind, and attentive people who take good care of us and the property.
