What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Olathe

My neighborhood is just down the street from many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It is also nearby lots of walking and biking trails.

All the kids and families that love here and it's in walking distance to the lake and park. Also great for dogs

We have very convenient highway access that makes it easy to get anywhere. We also have maintenance provided which is convenient. I love how quiet it is and how well kept the area is.

The houses in my neighborhood are very pretty, and the area is also very pretty. My house has a lake in the backyard, with lots of grass and trees around. There is a grocery store, and many quick fast food restaurants around, but there are also a few sit down restaurants around!

The school are very close. Over all the neighborhood is close to the basic shopping needs. My wife's parents also live in the neighborhood. Having them do close is really nice and helpful.

Close to several fast food restaurants, easy access to highway. High school middle school and elementary school close by
