Lease Terms: 6-12 month leases, $100 upcharge for 6 month lease. <BR><BR>Security Deposit: $250 & $350 refundable. <BR><BR>Pet Policy: 2 pets maximum, $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $500 non-refundable pet fee for two pets. Breed restrictions apply. No pet rent!
I moved from a home to an apartment, and pinegate offered all the amenities I was looking for. Most notably the garage with in unit washer and dryer. The managers in the office are great. Maintenace is prompt. On a side note, I would love to see a super aldis store put in where the kmart used to be. That would pure bliss.
Life it great when you live at Pinegate! The location is perfect in regards to all that the KC Metro and Downtown have to offer. The facilities and amenities are top notch. I love that we have access 24/7 all year long. The property sits tucked away on a nice green space which is great for pets. The staff is super friendly and treats everyone like family. I'm so glad I made the move to Pinegate!
The parking is awful. Parking associated with those who don't have garages are not enforced. You also cannot have anyone towed for parking in your assigned spot or you are threatened with eviction. The maintenance is great. Some office staff are friendly, others are not. Also rent is ridiculous for the size/space, there is no storage.
There are recurrent problems with the plumbing. Bathroom sinks are often clogged. Standing water.
Prompt friendly maintenance. Helpful and friendly management. Clean well-kept grounds. Friendly neighbors-overall a great place to live.
