Very disappointing move out experience. After reassurances from management that they would donate the boxed non-perishable food we left, they charged us a $400 disposal fee calling the food trash. If we had not cleared this with them first that would be one thing, but we only left what they agreed would be okay.

I would live here, plenty of different buildings, plenty of places to park. They have benches periodically to sit on. It is pet friendly, I see some dog trash bags for their poop. There's a little park and swimming pool!
