Beware!! They look very nice. Until you have a mold issue and maintenence has to rip out your shower to show feces and black mold. This company let this mold grow for 3 months with no action, causing my service animal to have major health issues and almost pass away. Yet they still want me to stay there. Beware! Update: pictures of proof on google reviews. -- also becareful Watching when your lease ends + your insurance they require. I NEVER signed another lease, and the rental agency(park place) declined my ability to not renew my insurance, so the company attempted to take more money. all around nightmare from this place. The front desk was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the condition my apartment was in.

i would never recommend anyone to live here. there is absolutely nothing good about it. everything is a huge night mare.
