Do a walk around with them when you leave because they charge a lot for all kinds of things.

Staff is very rude, except for Crystal, the rest are quick to call you a liar. They are not helpful. The complex was built quickly so there were many flaws. I regret living here.

Do not rent from these people. They tell you no problem and put down money and steal it from you... We were specific on dates and we were instructed no problem by two different people and come to find out there are 15 people on a wait list and only 7 units of the floor plan we wanted from the get go on the property. the absolute worst!!!!!

Started out pretty rough, the lady we talked to gave us a super nice move in special and told us we could have a washer and dryer included! Great deal.. until two weeks before we moved in. The woman got fired and they told us the washer and dryer was never part of the deal. Oh well, we worked out a deal for the first level instead of second, so that was beneficial but we really had to work for that. My husband and I have officially been there for one year and enjoy the place. Love the neighbors so far. You can hear everything though. We are just lucky and have a very nice guy who lives above us and another woman living beside us. My husband and I wish the dog park was taken care of a little more. Its very muddy and the trash never gets taken out. But we have met some awesome friends who also take their dog there. Its a nice little hang out for us to meet people! The pool is beautiful and I love going in the summers! The new management seems a lot better than the man. I think they are still figuring some things out but doing a good job. But there is now more consistent faces in the front office, which I love.

Overall this apartment complex is very nice. You do pay a lot of money for what is considered luxury, but in all honesty some of the things are not as nice as they seem. The heat is electric so be prepared to pay $200+ in the winter just to keep the apartment at 65 degrees (which is very cold). I lived in the loft above the garage and since there was no vent at the bottom of the stairs the living space constantly stayed cold no matter how many times I had maintenance come to replace the weather strips. With that being said any request placed was handled within 2 days or less which was great. The trash bins are always full and residence were lazy and would place trash on the ground. I also hate the hours of the office. As someone who works a 8-5 job it was nearly impossible to get a package unless I came over lunch or waited until Saturday. They also stopped leaving notice that you had a package waiting so you had to be on top of that on your own. Overall a nice place to live with great amenities, but I would say its overpriced for rent as well as the bills made monthly costs around $1,300+ If they could change the hours of the main office to accommodate the working residence then I would rate it higher, mostly because there is nothing they can do about the cost of the bills, that was just a design flaw.
