The maintence here is excellant , the office staff is very courteous & freindly. The grounds are very well kept.
First of all the office staff and maintenance staff have been very nice and respond to my needs promply. It is very quiet here and schools and stores are close. The school district is very good. They are constantly improving the complex,from parking areas, curbs, and landscaping. My only request is for more plants and flowers.
Every year, about 3-4 months before time comes to renew my lease I go new home hunting. There are a lot of great places out there, but why should I move when I already reside at a great place. The price is right, the property is beautiful and well kept. The maintenance team rates 5 Stars. I have access to a swimming pool and the exercise facility. Each unit has additional storage and washer/Dryer service on-site. They are pet friendly and in a great location for shopping.
I m a bit torn between Good and Excellent. I'd give it a good plus plus. The only thing that is not so good here is the bugs.
I just like living here because its easy to go shopping,hospitals,and my doctor is close.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
