The maintence here is excellant , the office staff is very courteous & freindly. The grounds are very well kept.
First of all the office staff and maintenance staff have been very nice and respond to my needs promply. It is very quiet here and schools and stores are close. The school district is very good. They are constantly improving the complex,from parking areas, curbs, and landscaping. My only request is for more plants and flowers.
The have great maintenance and they are doing some renovations to make the property more appealing. When intially looking into the apartment I was quoted $800 a month and because they replaced the appliances the rent went up $40 a month. Parking is a joke especially in the evening depending on the building you live in. The solution the Apartment complex gives is pay more money and get a car port if you do not want to walk a long distance to your vehicle. This is an older apartment complex and shows its age especially in the bathrooms. No matter how many times maintenance reseals the edges of the tube with chalk it still separates in a months time if not sooner. My opinion these apartments are not worth the amount they are requesting per month. I under stand the market has a high demand but when I can go to a competitor and get a similar apartment with more square footage for $770 a month there is no way I am going to stay here while there prices go through the roof.
I've lived here for several years now. New owners, the appliances (fridge) are for a studio apt i'd say. The carpet wasn't clean when i moved in and the courtesy shampoo is a joke... The dining floor is weak and I live on the third floor. I would love to move, but not too far away from the area.
The community laundry has one small washer and dryer set per six apartments. It is cheaper to do laundry across the street. Cabinets in bathroom show there age and is very apprent they have not been updated anytime recently.
The noise level is good and maintance and staff are vary responsive.
Would be nice if entry door to apartment could be locked at night and opened with a key or an electronic badge.
Honestly there are better apartments for the price charged
