The Mansions at Canyon Creek

I love the Mansions at Canyon Creek! Beautiful inside and out! The staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

It's a beautiful area with an upscale surrounding community. We love the pool, the tanning bed, gym and sauna. Our home isn't like a common apartment. We love the high ceilings, fireplace, bamboo floors, granite countertops, etc. We especially love the oversized two car garage.

Terrible management, pet waste everywhere. Amenities are gross and extremely loud neighbors.

Dog waste everywhere, dogs off leash, and extremely loud neighbors.

We will be moving to the Mansions as soon as an apartment is available .

Sad to see the way this property is declining so. On almost any day you can drive through the community and what you see from behind your windows looks great. What you dont know is that there is a lot of lipstick being put on the pig. Streets are failing, sidewalks are uneven and dangerous, a lot of the street (security) light are and have been non functioning for a very long time, furnace filters have not been replaced in almost a year, huge rent increases every year and so on. The constant turnover in the Management staff is horrendous. Here today, gone in a month or so. The community itself is very quiet on the outside. This likely will not be the case inside your home. Walls appear thin and non insulated. Since all floors are ceramic tile (except) bedrooms, you WILL hear your neighbors. Never choose a ground level home here. It appears that the current manager, Susan, might be a bit in over her head.
