I love the Mansions at Canyon Creek! Beautiful inside and out! The staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

It's a beautiful area with an upscale surrounding community. We love the pool, the tanning bed, gym and sauna. Our home isn't like a common apartment. We love the high ceilings, fireplace, bamboo floors, granite countertops, etc. We especially love the oversized two car garage.

Horrible management. Poorly maintained property. Moved into a filthy apartment. Stained carpet,walls and hardwood floors. Have pictures to prove it. Walls and baseboards are chipped and doors have been chewed on by previous tenants with dogs. Dog waste containers are full and over flowing daily. Snow and ice removal is not done until requested.

Love the layout of my home, the high ceilings and amenities. Front office is great; maintenance always promptly responds to requests; landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained; clubhouse/pool always clean; love the area and access to KC and Lawrence.
