Do not waste your time here. This apartment complex was taken over by a new company and they have ran it into the ground. First off that have not renovated much. They only moved trash area and made small minor changes to useless areas. You will get hit with fees out of no were. And Managment will be little you and treat you like your nothing. Please check out other reveiws. You will see.
I have been at Lenexa Crossing for less than one year. The apartment upstairs had a water leak and it took over 2 weeks to get my ceiling fixed. I called at 7 a.m. and it took until 8:20 a.m. to get to my house to stop the leak. Management did not offer anything for my inconvenience but they offer to allow me out of my lease since I was so unhappy. I could not use my kitchen for two weeks, who would be happy. Also they charge for keeping up the hallways but they don't keep them up. Yes they put me in a bind because I have only 1 month to try to get a new apartment. The management and staff do not care about the tenants.
