This place is an OVERPRICED medium-level apartment. The number of dogs is roughly 2 or 3 per unit and honestly, it is disgusting - the amount of dog crap, pee, et al. They say they are luxury but fall far from it. Over the past 15 months they have taken away a lot of the amenities while still charging full rent. Now they just sent out a memo saying that while the whole state and metro area have removed the mask mandate they are keeping theirs. Oh by the way if you think you can have guests over to the pool or gas grills - guess again... only 2 wrist bands per resident. Also, the pool / hot tub at this luxurious (sarcasm) place close at 10 p.m. - they also make you re-sign an addendum to your lease whenever they want...lol. The management here (my apartment has flooded three times) is that there is little to none. No one oversaw the repairs and my front door was left unlocked multiple times. There are nicer, cheaper, better ran facilities around - just stay away from Block and Co managed apartments as the management comes from above. I have been here 3 years and will be moving shortly. If you think this will be your luxurious private apartment you are wrong...so enjoy...back to the mask thing, this is just the type of uneducated management they provide. They are so lost on what their customer wants/needs it's ridiculous.

Overpriced apartments and amenities, paper thin walls/ceilings, multiple staff changes per year, dogs constantly barking, rude neighbors who dont care about anyone/anything but themselves... the list goes on and on. Weve been here for two years and are absolutely sick of it. We cannot wait to move out once our lease is up this year.

I have been living here for almost 5 months and I love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the residents we have met have been friendly and very community active. There are always people out and about! Many people have dogs! I love it here!

Hands Down the absolute worst property manager!!! Residents want the the old property management back. Several current residents are looking for elsewhere to live ASAP!!!!
