I lived in Midwest Property apartment for 7 years. I was very happy with the management. They were always quick to respond and I was very pleased with how prompt they were to resolve an issue I had with my apartment.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Maintenance doesn't respond to requests, the buildings are rundown and never updated, not even simple paint or cleaning. Broken locks, windows, entryways and exits. Plus, if you're lucky, they'll tow your car without warning even though you are permited. Run, don't walk away from this hot garbage.

My inquiry for available units was never answered

The tour guy was really good and helpful he answered pretty much all my questions but no problems

Extremely rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. The staff do not have it under control and seem to all be on different pages. I applied to a unit over the weekend after viewing it, finished my background check and waited 3 days before ever hearing back from them EVEN after emailing them multiple times. Finally receive a phone call back that they have rented out the unit beneath me. To top it off they did it again with the second unit I asked to sign for. Magically overnight, they rent out properties beneath people. They are horrible at responding or keeping up with interested clients. The whole shibang is run by kids who have no idea what they are doing. Save your time, money, and sanity and look elsewhere.

I like how the apartment cost is low and love the neighborhood
