The main issue I'm having is that when you move into an apartment you expect it to be ready and that's where the ball is dropped. I'm still waiting for the apartment to be ready the way I was told it would be. I've had a work order entered in since I moved in almost 3 weeks ago and still no word on an ETA. Any other apartment complex would have already taken care of this problem. The only thing I keep hearing back is that we don't know the ETA yet. I'm starting to wish that I hadn't moved here becauss my expectations were let down by the leasing office in regards to a since of urgency and what I expected to happen when I moved in has been a long drawn out process and waiting period verses what I was originally told months before moving in.

I gave1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. 2 phone calls and 4 emails and never hard a word back.
The Bluffs was very responsive and so, got my rental lease.
Quinton Point, apparently does not want to do business. Don't waste your time just call ANYONE else. I recommend The Bluffs

They have sidewalks and stairs that are never fixed. There is always trash around the dumpsters, in the breeze ways, and behind the complex. You can always hear your neighbors. Management is either never there, and don't return phone calls. The only time you hear from management is when they want their money. The pool is closed without reasons or notification. They don't make the repairs that you put work orders in for.
