What Renters Like and Dislike About Gardner

I love the access to a walking trail! I also like having a HOA to require upkeep of properties. We also have a local park and swimming pool which are easy to access for our family.

Near manu things in town such as stores, fair grounds, schools, pool, restaurants and parks. There is lots of thing to do in the general area I live.

It still has a small town feel although it is expanding. The restaurant workers recognize you. You can go to the park with family.

There's nothing unique about this neighborhood and I like going to restaurants with friends. I also have a hernia but haven't seen a doctor yet

MY NEIGHBORHOOD IS REALLY UNIQUE. IT HAS PLENTY OF PACES TO GO EAT AND IT HAS A NEIGHBORHOOD BAR. THAT IS THE WAY ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL.

The pool is a fun place to go. There's big hills to ride bikes down, you go really fast. I have a huge backyard.
