What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About El Dorado

I enjoy how it's mostly quiet throughout the day, from people and traffic. Since there's schools nearby there's an increased number of police than other neighborhoods. Rent is also decent in this area

It is near the city pool. It is near the town. Everything is at walking distance. Restaurants, gas stations, and it is family friendly.

I don't have many neighbors so I like that. I like that it's peaceful. Not having to look at a neighbor house everyday is great

I like living here because it's a very fun and safe community. It had a lot of nice people in this town that are willing to help you when needed.

I live within walking distance of the public library. I live within walking distance of the downtown area. I like that is a dog friendly neighborhood.

My neighborhood is unique because it's near the college and more diverse than the rest of town. When going out with family and friends we usually go to a bigger city with more options.
