What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Derby

Smaller with a large amount of convenient stores and services nearby. Quiet area but still close to a larger city. Abundant amount of emergency services.

The amount of friends my people. My favorite is the walmart across the street, it's a really short walk to get over there.

To the park and out to eat. I also go to the gym. We are surrounded by restaurants and schools but it makes it hard for me to get to since I don't drive.

Like going to the parks with my family and friends and get ice cream and go fishing sometimes to enjoy the sun
