What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Bel Aire

Family friendly neighborhood. People wave as they drive by. We know our neighbors. Can walk to shopping & restaurants.

Quiet, things are nearby, but not too close. People are reasonable, not Karens getting into your business, but like the distant aunt that cares but doesn't get too involved because she's a bit messed up herself and understands.

There are restaurants and shops in the area of the neighborhood. Great area for walking or biking. The bus system is near by.

We have pools! Work is within a mile. We've got places to barbecue and hangout. Safe area and nice neighbors and we can go for a walk and feel safe.

I love living at the end of a cul-de-sac, so traffic is very minimal and very slow. All the homes are overall well-maintained, clean, and neat.
