Not recommended. Property manger Josh is not only incompetent, but also very rude. Older maintenance worker is condescending and disrespectful. Dishwasher is very loud and the property is essentially a construction zone M-Saturday.

Wait 6 months. It might be a nice place to live when they get all the kinks worked out. The first building opened on March 17th and they still don't have the front door guest entry access codes working (as one example of many problems). You are required to use ICS for internet. It is down frequently. Management will say anything to appease you. Plan on having to pester management at least three times to get them to follow through with anything. Plus, you'll be living in a dirty, high-traffic construction zone until the last two buildings are finished.
