What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About West Des Moines

We have an area called Valley Junction. It has alot of boutiques and restaurants. In the summer they have a large farmers market each week, with a band and tons of food and entertainment

It's near lots of jobs you could walk to. Good white collar jobs. Favorite local business would be zombie burger- delish. Going with friends would be an arcade bar

Our building is for seniors only. You need to have a special key just to get into our building. It is very safe.

We are tucked away in a neighborhood but close to lots of shopping and fun things to do. We are also close to the interstate.

Sidewalks are not crowded. So taking my daughter out for a stroll is very convenient. Another advantage is it's greenery which is very soothing and refreshes the mind.

I think the thing I most like about my neighborhood is the people who live in it, they're all so friendly. As for places, there's numerous restaurants around that I enjoy, one being Canes Chicken.
