What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Waverly

It is close knit and I like walking down town to go to the beach house for drinks and the wild carrot for lunch. They are renovating the theatre to reopen and I can't wait for that

I like that it's quiet at night and there's always kids playing outside. I also like that it's a short distance to drive to the stores.

Our neighborhood is on list of historic homes. Grocery store is only 4 blocks away. We can walk to restaurants.

We are close to a community park that has swing sets a basketball court and open area. This are is also open to pets.
