    The management is terrible and rude. Seldin is a horrible company with no respect for the tenants. They only care about money and let people smoke pot in the buildings. They have horrible parking and loud tentants. The windows arent sealed properly and cold air comes through. They are ghetto landlords.

    I currently live downtown... concrete everywhere...absolutely no amenities..parking is a nightmare...no grass areas ...this is just lovely and looks perfect for me... the only problem is...I need section 8 housing...otherwise, I would give my 30-day notice and start packing...have a great day...

    I live at the Woodbury Heights apartments. I've been here about 3 years. A fabulous 1 bedroom. The management specifically Amanda is so kind and helpful. She is upbeat and positive. ALWAYS! Can't say enough good things about her. Nikki is also great to. I would like to focus on Eric the maintenance person. Whenever he walks in my home it just brightens my day with his positive personality. His knowledge of fixing things overwhelms me.. I hope management understands what an asset he is. I'm sure they do. If you live here you will never regret it. And no I am not a friend or relative of the manager!!LOL
