The apartments are nice, taken care of, and the staff make an effort to build community. When things need to be taken care of, the staff members are on top of it.

To much money for such old buildings. They took my money for an application 50.00 then said they could not approve us. The garage s are to far from the apartments and are extra money. I am very discusted with these corporate apartments. They treat people like objects. Not a good fair approach to hard working people . this place isn't worth the money. Long winding steep hill up and down entrance and exit.

The staff is friendly. But the apartments are poorly insulated and are far from soundproof. I could hear my neighbors clear as day through the walls.

The staff is very friendly and makes every effort to accomodate each resident's requests. Maintenance requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner, even those not pertaining specifically to your apartment.

The apartments are clean and well taken care of. The managers are also quick to fix anything that needs fixed and to address any concerns.
