What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sioux City

I think my neighborhood is alright for the most part. It's not spectacular or anything, but I like that it's interesting. The businesses around here are pretty good in general. There is a restaurant that you can walk to and it serves amazing food! I don't really go anywhere with my family or friends. But if I do go somewhere, it would be to the park.

We are in a nice neighborhood. It is close to good schools. I also like being this close to the mall, stores, and restaurants.

It's peaceful, downtown is a couple blocks away. Bars restaurants, close to buses, Dairy Queen and friends houses

My neighborhood is safe. It is residential and close to schools, but also close to stores and to get on the highway.

I live on a top of a hill which you can go to the too and overlook the small city we live in. Las juanitas is a local family mexican restaurant that's one of the main known here in the area. Local bars is pretty much the only place to go especially in the winter when its to cold to be outside.

It is on top of a hill and quiet. My favorite business is la Juanita's and I like going downtown to hang out with B people
