What Renters Like and Dislike About Rock Rapids

I enjoy being so close to mid-town. I am only 2 blocks from the main road here in our town. We live near a grocery store, we have a Starbucks at the end of the block and a Godfathers pizza nearby.

Walking distance to stores and Restaurants, churches, and schools to a lake, parks, and walking trails.

The people the history and the community is very unique. There's always something happening thats positive and negative in many aspects of the neighborhood. Summer time is always the worst time, especially when the kids get out of school only because there's nothing to do in town for certain age groups.

Because for one it had several restaurants near by and convenient to. The other good thing about my neighborhood is that most people could be easy to deal with.

very little. Walking distance of downtown. Close to bus route. Close to a city park. Six or seven block from a Starbucks.

It's a quiet place. Natural greenerirs amre there with lots of tree coverage. Also close to Main Street
