have had problems with roaches ever since I've been here everyone in the building has.On top of that you have to pay rent at like Casey General Store and to pay your rent you have to pay $399 just to pay it crazy the same tile is in my apartment when they built it and I'm sure it's been anywhere between 10 to 15 years I've been there but don't quote me the list says if late past the 5th with your rent you get charged $20 a day up to $100 that's not true either they say some utilities are paid that's not true either you pay for everything rent water sewer trash Electric everything I wouldn't recommend it if you are on an income it cost me about $1,000 a month if not more I am 64 I live on a fixed income I am broke my time I pay my bills

This apartment has been my home for over 4 years now. In that time I've had absolutely no problems getting any help I needed from management or maintenance. When I've put in work orders, they come and fix any problem. Every 3 months the apartments are sprayed and are pest free. The staff has always been responsive to my needs and the manager Tammy is a sweetheart. This is the only complex I've been in that actually looks out for the needs of their tenants. They have support services and routinely have helped, those who need it, with additional assistance.

Decent place good location and the price Id right.

Was denied and not given a chance to appeal... nice staff but you change your life and your not good enough to rent an apartment...

Is section 8 accepted?

Canterbury Park apartments are the place to find a good home. Located in Pleasant Hill, it is close to Hy-Vee, Dollar General and Fareway. Altoona's Walmart and Target are only minutes away offering a quick trip to get shopping done. The manager's office is friendly and honest and easy to contact. I really like this place and the amenities such as a swimming pool.
