What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About North Liberty

I live near parks and a golf course. The residential density is very low currently. Many businesses are close to our location.

close to downtown, decent noise, near a park, that has a lake, lots of dogs, some noise, evening is safe

A lot of parks for the kids to play at. They also have good bike trails , they even have underpasses for the bike so you don't have to go across a busy highway

I enjoy going out to eat with my family and friends. Our favorite spot is pan heroes. It's really really good!

It is very walkable and has many paths and trails nearby. My favorite thing is the pond that I live by that has a .5 mile trail around it as well as local businesses. Capanna coffee is my favorite place to go in North Liberty and it is walkable.
