What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Marshalltown

I like that all of the homes are well kept, the yards are maintained, people like to walk on our street, there is low traffic, many of the residents are retired or near retirement.

Lots of families, children and schools nearby. Traffic is calm and people are generally good natured

It can be quiet. It is close enough to get what you need quickly and get where you need to go easily.

My neighborhood has a variety of ethnicities and ages. My favorite local place is the taco truck that parks at the end of the street. They are even there late night sometimes. Our family and friends love to hang out at our local church.
