About This Property

Another project in the works for our Brick Towne brand is a Johnston location. The Brick Towne theme is continued with modern interior finishes and beautiful brick exteriors. With the updated, larger floor plans in a new convenient location, Brick Towne is proud to bring this project to Johnston. The Johnston development will be located directly east of the old High School right on Merle Hay Road. With six buildings on site, one providing great frontage to Merle Hay Road and the others surrounding the main clubhouse, this development will have a true community feel that will tie into the other Merle Hay enhancement projects very well. We are excited to bring roughly 400 high end units to Johnston in the near future!
