Our community amenities include two swimming pools, laundry facilities, and efficient on-site maintenance and management staff. Additionally, we offer our residents the convenience of heating and cooling costs being included in their rent. Seville Apartments provides spacious one and two bedroom apartments with oversized closets, cable readiness, and extra storage space. Each unit features air conditioning, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a refrigerator; window coverings are also included. For security purposes, we have controlled access to our community and one assigned parking spot per apartment. The location of Seville Apartments is a major advantage, as it is within walking distance to the west campus. Additionally, the community's proximity to most points in Iowa City and Coralville, along with the convenience of city buses stopping at the front door, are desirable features for residents. We are currently taking applications for August 2023. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our units.
