The value of all these things is $200-300 a month. This is the best value around! We are conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment with easy freeway access. We are proud to be a smoke-free and pet friendly community. Call our Leasing Department for Breed Restriction list. Additionally, we offer a FREE membership to Genesis Health Club, an impressive 60,000 SF Fitness Center with indoor/outdoor pools.
