Awful place to live will not fix falling in ceilings from water damage. Management sucks as well.

No one ever in the office And I try to do the application online but it is frozen Ive been trying for a week it wont go past the third step and I cant get anyone to answer any of my questions

DO NOT LIVE HERE! These buildings are old and falling apart. Ive had a leak, sewage backup , issues with other residents and the office refuses to address any issues with any residents. They dont answer the phones. Ive witnessed them sitting in the office not doing anything and just letting the phone ring. Cant get ahold of corporate and the refuse to provide you phone numbers.

If I could I wouldn't even give westchester square a star. For over 5 months maintenance requests were not fulfilled. it's not lack of staff, oh no, plenty of maintenance guys, just not a single one motived to work. You can find them zipping thru the complex on the golf carts and just sitting outside of building on their phones getting nothing done. Next issue, Mold was found everywhere in our apartment. We had mold growing in our dishwasher due to plumbing being bad... we were advised by the plumber THEY hired that the dishwasher needs to be replaced and plumbing needs to be fixed, Instead of fixing the issue Austin (clearly the best mgr ever) said "well I'd still use it and if you don't feel comfortable than don't use it"... Needless to say I hope they enjoy health inspectors showing up. This place is not worth the monthly rent unless you want to constantly be sick. Pathetic paying full price for a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment when we were only able to use half... If mold wasn't enough for you to not move in, maybe poor management will be, if you want to be disrespected and treated like you are below them, this is the place for you! I could go on and on with the issues we've had the two years we stayed there but I don't want to give away all of westchester squares tricks! DONT RENT HERE PLEASE.

For starters, I asked for and was assured that I would receive a top-level unit. Of all of my requests this was the most important. Once the time came to sign my lease, I realized the address/unit that was listed on the lease was not the one I had been previously given (this created a different set of issues because I had already begun mail forwarding based on the initial address). Once I inquired (after already having signed the lease the day before my move) I was told that the initial address was wrong (no big deal) but that the new address was a second floor unit (big deal). was incredibly disappointed, I did everything I was supposed to do and I am now stuck in this unit. My neighbors above have several small children who run all hours of the morning, noon, and night. My neighbors below blast loud music every weekend. Do I blame people for having kids or wanting to play music on the weekends? No. But I blame the apartment because had I had the unit I wanted I would at least only have to deal with one. When I asked for accommodation for the mix up, I was told I would be given a rent credit, I felt that was the least they could do honestly but I was grateful for it. I thought the credit was for one month of rent, it was for $100 off one month of rent. So I was then back to being frustrated and honestly dissatisfied. The staff is helpful and kind and I can tell they feel bad about the mixup but I am the one paying for it. The combination of it, the not so courteous neighbors that have created a challenging living experience for me, parking troubles and other issues I sadly only rate it 1 star. I will revisit this review at the end of my lease in the event there is a change.

Went to see the apartments, I was not impressed. First there was mice droppings on the floor in kitchen. Big hole in bathroom ceiling. Between emails and phone calls I was told 3 different prices and what utilities I am responsible for.. you will not be happy with this property
