    Great price for a lot of space, however.. The decor is from the 80s, appliances are refurbished or closeouts, if you get "new" carpet it will be the cheapest Menards carries. Maintenance is ok, but their materials budget is highly limited. Management staff is subject to change, about every 6-12 months, so never lose your original paperwork, or original mailbox keys. Garage rental prices are reasonable, but doors and tracks are fragile, and hard to replace. The pool has a subducted foundation, and leaks like a colander, claims that it will be repaired "this summer for sure" nah, ain't gonna happen. Also rumors that this property will be sold off again due to owners financial difficulties, but that's been an issue for 5 years. Good luck anyone who wishes to live here! You'll need it!
