Hands down the worst place Ive ever lived. On the surface, everything looks great. The buildings are nice, the location is great. But you CANNOT believe anything they say. These people will say absolutely anything you want to hear in order to get you to sign the lease. There is never any parking whatsoever, which they lied about. They run all these promos to get you to sign with them, they lied, they never held up to the one I signed for. Rent is horrifically overpriced. Everything about the apartment is cheaply built. The staff is awful. Oh and they are constantly coming into your apartment for random, various reasons. I cant wait until my lease is up. I would NEVER consider signing another lease with this complex or even Hubbell in general, simply because thats how terrible this place is.
So happy with our decision to move into Cityville! The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the neighbors are very friendly. We also love how dog friendly Cityville is. Our pup loves the dog park! The units are very spacious and clean. There is much to do around the area and restaurants and attractions are close enough to walk to.
This complex is absolutely the best place to live downtown! It is definitely the best value downtown for the price. Its close to all of the fun bars and restaurants and within walking distance to Principal Park and Fuzzy's Tacos. Yet it is far enough away from downtown that you don't have to pay extra for parking and you don't really hear things like the train, sirens or loud music from the bars. The staff is great and the apartments are very nice and new. The appliances are all very energy efficient, so the electric and water bills are never too outrageous. The complex also has some cool features like a movie theatre with built in Apple TV, a free pool table and exercise facility. It is also a fairly quite complex, aside from the occasional neighbor noise. For as many units as there are, I really don't see many people out and about.
The staff is very professional and attentive to each resident's needs. The maintenance request was handled the very next day after request. The facilities are new and modern, but still feel home-like. It has a great community feel throughout. I love my inside parking and my apartment is very spacious.
Communication by the staff was horrible on all issues we were having with our apartment. The apartment was poorly built, and we constantly had issues with it.
