This is a larger unit. It is located at Four Seasons II. There is no smoking in apartment or building. Four Seasons is located in the middle of Greater Des Moines which means we are about 10 minutes from anywhere in the Greater Des Moines area. In addition, we are 5 minutes from downtown, 3 blocks from Des Moines University (highly-accredited medical school), and 6 minutes from West Des Moines. This unit is in one of our newer buildings, at Four Seasons II. This unit has a dishwasher, central air conditioning, private deck, is in a limited-access building, is nearly sound-proofed between apts for privacy, with 1-1/2 baths. In this newer building you would pay heat and electricity, but because this is an energy-efficient building, it should run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit! For an additional $250 per month, we can include furniture. It would come with two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $80 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking. There is also a set of laundry machines on every floor in the 2-BR buildings. No pets are allowed. The application fee is $40 for each adult. Just 4 blocks down the street from Four Seasons II, our main complex is situated on 6 acres, has plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We also have an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a full 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse has free wireless Internet, cardiovascular exercise equipment, pool table, game room, fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms, and more! Although, the nicest thing we offer is that Four Seasons is a family owned and operated apt community. We truly care, so when you come home you have peace of mind; there won't be any hassles. Also included is a fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms in the basement. For summer fun, there are grills and picnic tables located in the courtyard! Four Seasons Apts is in a great location! Just south of I-235 off the 31st St Exit. Also on the DART bus line! Come visit our apartment community.
