What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Des Moines

What is unique about my neighborhood is that it is a older neighborhood well established in the community. Our favorite local businesses are the local Walgreens where we get all of our medical needs met and the Chengs garden restaurant where my family enjoys eating

Most neighbors are friendly. Love that it's pet friendly. We have nice patios. I love our Rec center.

I live very close to a major grocery store, a major pharmacy and very many restaurants. I also live right off the freeway so access to the rest of the city is easy.

my neighbors are good we have a good little community that keeps in touch and hangs out during the warmer months

There's not much that would make it unique besides yeah there's really nothing fix up the community center it's at the end of the block

The school district was my main reason for choosing to live in my neighborhood. I wanted my son to benefit from this. It's a quiet neighborhood and looks real pretty in the spring and summer.
