    Building looked sketchy when I looked at it. I guess my assessment has been confirmed.

    I would live in these apartments because they offer a big city feel in the heart of Davenport. the amount of shops and stores located nearby is a great amenity. with the library right across street, knowledge is truly right at your doorstep.
