    Manager spent a lot of time with us. She showed us many units and very excited to move in. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every question we had.

    Spent so much time and effort trying to get ahold of these people to get to look at apartments. IMPOSSIBLE

    I filled out an application never heard back. I have called never hear back, I have emailed multiple times and never heard anything back. I dont understand how you can be an apartment complex and ignore all potential residents. I will never rent from this property.

    Good luck trying to even look at the apartments! I made three separate appointments with the manager, and the first one she didn't show up and forgot that we were even meeting. The second time, she cancelled 10 minutes before the appointment. The third time, she claimed she was "running very late" and made us wait over half an hour only for her to not even show up nor respond to us! TERRIBLE customer service. I don't even know how this woman has a job. A few residents also told us that maintenance here is awful and that we should not waste our time.
