    I love Indian Ridge Apartments!! I enjoy my place and the location is perfect. Centrally located in Davenport, IA. I was very happy with how clean it was when I moved in! Plus, they have garages you can rent, if you need one. A+

    DONT RENT HERE! Their business practices are shady and underhanded, and they dont communicate everything that needs communicated. When you leave they will charge you whatever they want and they refuse to show any proof of damage that was supposedly left by you. Their list of charges they give you before you hand in your keys, the list that tells you what needs cleaned, is not complete, and they honestly will do what they want without any prewarning. We had flooding while there, in our studio apartment, and they basically forced us to live there sleeping on our couch while they fixed it. Their fix was only to replace that small section of carpet that was ruined and then seal the leak. Their speed bumps will likely hurt the suspension on your car, and if you want parking that you dont have to pay for then make sure you dont come home from work or leave your apartment at all after 7. Overall a horrible experience and I will be recommending anyone I know to stay away, because they dont care about those who live there, they care about the money.

    the rooms are large, a lot of drawer space, closet space and cupboard space. the bathroom is very nice i am looking forward to be living there in a couple monthsn
