The apartments are gorgeous with the renovations. I love that they added a fitness center and a fire pit. It is really nice in the evenings to sit around the fire pit with friends and chat. It is a very nice place to live and the apartments are well maintained.

Kinda to high. They do this high cost renovation to the place which is nice then jack up the rent for the residents to pay for.

LEASE TERMS: 12 Months , RiverEast participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify.
