What Renters Like and Dislike About Council Bluffs

Small neighborhood. Know fewer people. Within walking distance of stores.Trails are available.Unknown people are known.

Everyone has everyone's back. When ever there is ancatastrophy every time something come available. Always feels safe with these neighbors

What I like about my area is that there are a lot of friendly people around my age and also they are very talkative. Also I like how there are stores and gas stations open late for when I get hungry.

Close conveinence store , car wash. The park nearby is nice and the pool is cool. There are no close by bars or restaurants.

We have good neighbors that have lived here for a long time and care about one another. We are close to restaurants and stores that make it easy to get to places.

Neighbor checks on me a couple times a week to ensure my health and welfare. One neighbor scoops my walks and removes my garbage when necessary.
