What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clive

On weekends, I usually go for a walk with my friends in the nearby park. After walking the dog around the community, we will go to the nearby restaurant for dinner.

Live minutes from stores and only take 30 mins to get downtown. Building new schools with latest technology.

There are three transportation choices. A corner store and a dollar general store real close by.There are a few restaurants in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is historic,we are pretty well knit and most people are friendly,we all get together all the time

Most of my friends live within walking distance so I can visit them easily. There are a bunch of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive and there is a wonderful running trail.

I really love our neighborhood. Everyone is nice and I love being on a lake and near bike paths. It's great to be able to go for a walk or throw our paddle boards in whenever we want.
